Country Manager – Lithuania

About the role

Coral Club is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its Lithuanian operations. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high‑performing local team, and expanding the brand’s presence in the Baltic market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Lithuania branch and its team.
• Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and budgeting.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Support distributor network through trainings, presentations, and promotional tools.
• Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and report results.
• Collaborate with international teams to align local actions with global objectives.
• Optimise internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role with sales or business‑development focus.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least five people.
• Fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian (English & Russian required for internal communication).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
