Country People Partner

About the role

As the Country People Partner you will be the primary HR point of contact for Vinted’s Lithuanian teams, supporting day‑to‑day employee experience and ensuring compliance with local labour law. You will work closely with managers and the wider People organisation to deliver core HR processes and drive practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main People contact for leaders, handling employee‑relations cases such as performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, burnout, misconduct, redundancies and exits.
• Collaborate with the broader People team to ensure effective delivery of HR processes, initiatives and employee‑lifecycle activities.
• Support reorganisations by preparing documentation, advising leaders and guaranteeing legal compliance.
• Monitor and analyse local People data (ER cases, exits, absence) to identify patterns, risks and appropriate interventions.
• Assist with Works Council or employee‑group communications and documentation.
• Contribute to country‑specific projects, policy updates, engagement activities and internal training sessions.
• Facilitate team workshops or leader off‑sites, handling logistics as needed.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in a People Partner, HR Advisor or HR Specialist role, preferably in a regulated environment such as fintech.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian employment law and hands‑on experience managing employee‑relations cases.
• Comfortable using HR systems (e.g., Workday) and maintaining accurate records.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, with clear communication skills.
• Based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work onsite four days every two weeks.
• Proactive, pragmatic and solution‑oriented, able to spot patterns and drive improvements.
