Creative Strategist

About the role

Orbio World, a global e-commerce company, is hiring a Creative Strategist in Vilnius to set creative direction and priorities that move paid channel revenue, profit and CPA in the right direction. You will work within the Creatives Team, which acts as a creative sales unit focused on performance, data-backed decisions and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own traffic source growth and set long-term and tactical creative plans and priorities
• Keep channels, structures, angles and testing frameworks healthy and on target
• Develop creative concepts that can win across placements and platforms
• Spot issues early, take action and recover quickly from campaign drops
• Turn market, competition and trend gaps into immediate opportunities
• Work daily with the Creative Lead and Media Buyers to plan, test and scale
• Mentor and guide performance creatives, editors and designers

Required profile

• Creative architect whose direction and testing strategy drives product performance across channels
• Strong direct response mastery and understanding of conversion psychology and funnel mechanics
• Able to build clear storylines using proven structures and winning elements
• Strong stakeholder management, able to pitch, align and win decisions with data and clear logic

Required skills

• Comfortable with AI and tooling, able to discover, test and roll out automated workflows
• Ability to lead innovation by introducing new formats and anticipating trends

• Salary from 4,500 EUR gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications
