Customer Care Manager

About the role

Join Girteka Group as a Customer Care Manager and become a key point of contact for our existing clients. You will ensure high‑quality service, accurate shipment information and smooth cooperation across internal teams in a fast‑growing logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat, providing timely updates on shipment tracking and delivery times.
• Maintain and update customer records to guarantee accurate information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues that arise during cargo transportation.
• Support administrative logistics tasks such as data entry and document management.
• Work with internal and customer‑facing systems to streamline operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and responsibility.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to handle large volumes of information simultaneously.
• Higher education qualification.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (MS Office suite) proficiency.
