Customer Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

Cencora is seeking a Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join its Shared Service Center in Lithuania. In this role you will act as the primary liaison for client inquiries, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely resolution of service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging inbound inquiries through a centralized intake system and coordinating end‑to‑end responses.
• Tracking and closing client concerns and service requests until completion.
• Performing intake, validation, and data entry for enrollment, licensing, and program documentation.
• Maintaining operational records, updating participant information, and managing controlled documentation attachments.
• Generating routine reports, billing materials, and processing receipts and co‑pay requests.
• Coordinating scheduled activities, following up on open items, identifying adverse events, and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, operational project coordination, corrective maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM or database tools.
