Customer Service Manager

About the role

The Customer Service Manager will be the main point of contact for on‑site clients, ensuring a high‑quality experience while coordinating order processing, logistics and documentation across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Interact daily with clients on site, providing consultation and support to guarantee optimal experience.
• Receive and administer orders, prepare related documents and enter data into the CRM system.
• Distribute orders to laboratories and manage internal logistics between organizational units.
• Prepare travel documentation and oversee the movement of goods across departments.
• Handle documentation and issue VAT invoices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or client support.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Excel and AI tools.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated in a dynamic environment and capable of effective teamwork.
• Positive, initiative‑driven and solution‑oriented attitude.
