Customer Service Representative – Kaunas

About the role

Future Electronics is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its EMEA team in Kaunas. You will act as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and modify customer orders, ensuring all data is compliant and accurate.
• Action part creates, expedite shipments, and follow orders through to completion while liaising with the MSR team.
• Manage exceptions with sales personnel when stock issues arise.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets.
• Maintain communication between operational departments such as Marketing and Sales.
• Answer incoming calls and take appropriate actions based on customer needs.

Required profile

• Education up to senior schooling or HNC level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised, accurate and able to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Computer literacy, with a particular advantage for Excel users.
• Previous B2B sales experience in a fast‑paced environment is a plus but not mandatory.
