Customer Service Specialist (Finnish speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Finnish‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lithuania, supporting internal and external customers and ensuring high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks.
• Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management.
• Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases.

Required profile

• Good Finnish and English language skills (B2 or higher); Swedish is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player.
• Proactive, self‑driven with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
• Eligible to work in Lithuania.
