Customer Service Specialist (Finnish speaking)

About the role

Yara European Business Services is looking for a Finnish‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join its team in Vilnius. You will act as a key liaison between internal departments and external customers, ensuring smooth order processing and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop and implement solutions together with the team to increase customer satisfaction.
• Communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks, focusing on the customer.
• Deliver orders to colleagues in Transport Management.
• Manage billing documents, returns and diversion cases.
• Act as a role model of Yara’s culture, prioritising health, environment, safety and quality.

Required profile

• Good Finnish and English language skills (Level B2 or higher); Swedish is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player.
• Proactive, self‑driven with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
• Eligible to work in Lithuania.
