Customer Support Manager

About the role

FL Technics is looking for a Customer Support Manager to provide administrative assistance, communicate with customers and suppliers, and help organise logistics for its global aviation MRO business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers, delivering timely information.
• Prepare commercial offers and agreements.
• Retrieve and analyse technical information.
• Search for and evaluate suppliers.
• Organise logistics activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• Good English language skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of sales processes.
• Customer‑oriented communication style.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Willingness to work in a global professional team.
