Customer Support Specialist – Polish Speaking

About the role

Desktronic is looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its online support team. You will help customers throughout the sales and after‑sales process, turning enquiries into satisfied buyers and ensuring smooth delivery and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle phone and online enquiries, providing expert advice and guiding customers to the best product solutions.
• Manage B2B post‑order communication, coordinate with warehouses and ensure successful delivery.
• Update internal databases with technical issues and customer discussions.
• Collect feedback, follow up on technical problems and share insights with the support team.
• Support clients in document collection and answer ad‑hoc process questions.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Polish (C1/C2) and strong English; German is a plus.
• Experience in B2B order processing or a client‑facing role (sales, support, service).
• Excellent communication, empathy, teamwork and analytical mindset.
• Great attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to investigate problems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience using eDesk (advantage).
