Data Administration Specialist – Engineering Data Support

About the role

We are seeking a Data Administration Specialist to join our rapidly growing steel manufacturing company. The role supports engineering projects across Europe by handling technical data within specialised engineering software and ensuring its accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer and enter data from Excel documents into specialised engineering software.
• Review technical data to verify accuracy.
• Organise, administer and update data repositories.
• Work with technical and engineering information.
• Co‑operate with engineers and production team members.
• Assist in preparing and administering production‑related information.

Required profile

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good command of English.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when handling large volumes of information.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• Basic engineering or technical knowledge, or willingness to develop it.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Responsible work approach.
