Data Analyst

About the role

OBDeleven is looking for a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive product and business decisions. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering and other teams to answer complex questions and support a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer, product and business data to inform decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Define, monitor and improve KPIs, ensuring clear metric definitions.
• Investigate funnels, cohorts, retention, segmentation and trends to spot opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and recommendations.
• Evaluate initiatives, product features and experiments, measuring their impact.
• Validate data quality, identify gaps and work with engineers to improve pipelines.
• Present findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in data, business or marketing analytics.
• Strong hands‑on SQL skills (joins, aggregations, subqueries, window functions).
• Experience analysing customer, operational or product data.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and professional proficiency in English.
