Data Analyst

About the role

PRODIVI is seeking a Data Analyst who can combine technical expertise with a strong business perspective, helping clients turn data into actionable insights and informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on how data and analytics can address business challenges and improve decision‑making.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand goals, processes, and needs.
• Design KPIs, data models, reports, and dashboards that reveal performance and opportunities.
• Advise on analytics architecture, technology choices, data quality, governance, and best practices.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and related technologies.
• Evaluate existing analytics solutions and recommend improvements for value, usability, and performance.
• Help clients raise their analytics maturity by improving data structure, governance, and usage.

Required profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link analytical decisions to business value.
• Analytical mindset with a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, integration, transformation, and visualization principles.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server).
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Interest in how modern analytics and AI transform operations and decision‑making.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
