Delivery Manager

About the role

TeamBit, a Platinum Atlassian Partner, is looking for a Delivery Manager to own multiple IT projects from kickoff through successful delivery. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams to ensure projects align with business goals and follow best‑practice processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of several IT projects, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Plan and monitor project risks, changes, and incidents using ITIL practices.
• Communicate transparently with clients, providing status updates and ensuring predictability.
• Remove blockers for the team and protect focus on high‑value work.
• Track and report Atlassian‑related activities according to partner requirements.
• Maintain project documentation such as Statements of Work and contracts.
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and Atlassian representatives.
• Leverage AI tools, including Atlassian Rovo, to improve planning, reporting, and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT projects or service delivery.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
• Business‑first mindset with focus on value‑driven delivery.
