About the role
You will design, maintain and optimise AWS cloud infrastructure, build and automate CI/CD pipelines, and manage infrastructure as code. You will also ensure system reliability, security, and provide internal IT support while assisting developers and clients with server environments and hosting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, maintain and optimise AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53, etc.) and monitor costs.
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation or similar tools.
- Deploy and maintain Docker‑based environments and Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
- Set up monitoring, logging, backups, recovery procedures and respond to incidents.
- Implement security measures: access management, MFA, encryption, vulnerability management and patching.
- Administer employee accounts, devices, software licences, office network and VPN; provide internal IT support.
- Support developers and clients with domains, SSL certificates, email configuration and WordPress/PHP hosting.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, systems administration or a similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS and solid Linux administration skills.
- Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
- Good networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP(S), VPN, firewalls) and ability to write automation scripts (Bash, Python).
