Are you ready to elevate your impact within the e‑commerce industry? Kesko Senukai Digital is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will drive and optimise paid digital channels, collaborate with agencies, and support data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and optimise paid digital channels across Google, Meta and other performance platforms.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure accurate tracking and strong results.
• Work closely with the Head of Digital to define, execute and optimise the performance‑marketing strategy.
• Coordinate and manage PPC activities executed by external agencies.
• Optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) display and search campaigns.
• Monitor and improve performance across paid search, remarketing and prospecting.
• Manage and optimise price‑comparison platforms and plan local digital media placements.
• Create clear, actionable performance reports and supervise ongoing campaign optimisations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in PPC, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of GA4, event‑based tracking, funnel and conversion analysis, audience creation and performance evaluation.
• Ability to visualise insights using Looker Studio and perform advanced reporting in Excel.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and forecasting.
• High attention to quality, technical accuracy and results, with good spoken and written English.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in the e‑commerce industry.
