Ecosystem Growth Lead

About the role

Unicorns Lithuania is seeking an Ecosystem Growth Lead to shape the future of Lithuania’s startup ecosystem. You will identify opportunities, bring together key stakeholders, and lead initiatives that make Lithuania a better place to build and scale technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify ecosystem opportunities, challenges and gaps, engage founders and stakeholders, and develop a growth strategy.
• Develop and grow founder communities, organize events and activities that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with investors, corporations, accelerators and ecosystem organisations, securing funding and sponsorships.
• Position Lithuania on the global startup map by creating international connections and representing Unicorns Lithuania in regional and global initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, business development, innovation, venture capital or community building.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to own projects from idea to execution.
• Excellent communication, networking and facilitation abilities.
• Experience working with startups, investors, corporations, public‑sector institutions or ecosystem organisations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Passion for startups, innovation and helping others succeed.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
