About the role

We are looking for an Expedition Manager to join our fast‑growing logistics team. You will be responsible for coordinating full‑truck loads, planning routes, and maintaining strong relationships with Western European clients.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and purchase cargo using external freight exchanges such as TimoCom and Teleroute.
• Plan and supervise complete freight transports with owned or carrier trucks and semi‑trailers.
• Develop and maintain communication with Western European customers, ensuring professional service delivery.
• Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise during transport.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• English language proficiency at least B1 level; additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Ability to act decisively and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
