Electrical Engineer (EHT Project Design)

About the role

Chemelex is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its EHT (Electrical Heat Tracing) team. You will be responsible for designing and engineering EHT projects, selecting appropriate C&M systems, and supporting construction and commissioning activities across various sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design and engineer Electrical Heat Tracing (EHT) projects.
• Select and specify C&M systems for EHT applications.
• Assist site supervisors during construction and commissioning phases.
• Learn and apply internal tools such as TCPro and TracerLynx.
• Follow all project‑specific procedures and documentation standards.
• Ensure “First Time Right” delivery on all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Previous design or engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of basic electrical principles.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Willingness to travel abroad for periods of 1‑4 weeks.

• Microsoft Office suite.
• AutoCAD (beneficial).
