Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise email campaigns that drive sales and build loyalty for our pet‑product retail and manufacturing brands. You will work closely with marketing, e‑commerce and design teams to create compelling content and automated communication flows.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create email marketing campaigns for various customer segments.
• Build automated email flows and customer communication sequences.
• Continuously optimise automated communications and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, offers, send times and audiences.
• Segment the customer database by purchase history, behaviour, interests and other criteria.
• Develop newsletter content and structure in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor key KPIs such as opens, clicks, conversions, revenue and unsubscribes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to increase engagement, repeat purchases and email revenue.

Required profile

• Experience in email marketing, CRM or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce processes and the customer journey.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with email/CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or Omnisend.
• Proficiency in segmentation and marketing automation.
• Ability to design and execute A/B tests and analyse KPI results.
