Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to create compelling, high‑converting email campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing teams to develop data‑driven content that resonates with our audience and drives measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to craft impactful email campaigns.
• Write engaging, conversion‑focused email copy aligned with strategic goals.
• Set up, test, and optimise automated and manual campaigns in Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy and calls‑to‑action.
• Analyse performance data and continuously improve engagement and conversions.
• Maintain brand consistency and a strong narrative across all email communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing or copywriting.
• Strong understanding of email best practices, segmentation, personalization and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or comparable email platforms.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platform).
• Email segmentation and personalization.
• Automation workflow setup.
• A/B testing.

What we offer

• Gross salary between 2 000 € and 3 500 € per month, negotiable based on experience.
• Office located in Antakalnis, Vilnius, with views of Sapiegos Park.
