EU Funding & State Aid Senior Consultant

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its State Aid team and help clients secure and manage EU and national funding. You will guide projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance and delivering tangible impact for organisations and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project implementation and guarantee adherence to funding regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, support public procurement processes and liaise with funding authorities.
• Identify relevant EU and national funding programmes, assess suitability and craft tailored applications.
• Contribute to new service development and enhance existing offerings using PwC technology solutions such as RPA and AI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in EU project management or administration, preferably in energy efficiency, renewable energy or innovation.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to data collection and interpretation.
• Tech‑savvy mindset capable of leveraging AI, RPA and other digital tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
