Event Sales & Communications Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Sales & Communications Coordinator to join our team in the Trakai district. You will be responsible for selling events, managing client relationships, and coordinating activities across two unique event complexes and the surrounding Vėjų Park.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients from the first inquiry through event completion.
• Prepare proposals, manage reservations, and maintain the event calendar.
• Promote the facilities to corporate clients and present our event capabilities.
• Guide potential clients through the venues and help them select suitable services and activities.
• Coordinate events to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Develop and sell programs for companies, schools, camps, and retreats.
• Identify ways to attract more groups, especially during the off‑season (October‑April).
• Gradually assume greater responsibility, eventually managing one complex independently.

Required profile

• Enjoys interacting with people and is comfortable making phone calls.
• Initiative‑driven, responsible, and able to plan work independently.
• Motivated to sell, not just administer.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Holds a valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Can attend events according to a pre‑arranged schedule.
• Customer‑service, sales, tourism or event‑organisation experience is a plus, but motivation and learning ability are essential.

What we offer

• Starting gross salary of €2,400 per month plus commission (1% of sold events, 3‑4% for new‑client events).
• Total earnings can reach €2,000‑€2,700 gross or higher based on results.
• Hybrid work model – part of the time in the Vilnius office or remotely, with client meetings on site.
