Excise Duty Applications Coordinator

About the role

Edenred Finance is seeking an Excise Duty Applications Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end process of excise duty refund applications. You will act as the main liaison with foreign tax authorities, ensuring accurate and timely submissions while continuously improving the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and verify all documents required for excise duty refund applications.
• Prepare and submit applications to foreign tax authorities accurately and on schedule.
• Track applications, follow up with authorities and handle any requests for additional information.
• Investigate delayed, rejected or partially refunded cases and work with authorities to resolve them.
• Maintain organized records of all correspondence, decisions and refund information.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve the application process.

Required profile

• Experience working with operational processes.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages (French, Spanish) a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Responsible, reliable and high integrity in daily work.
