Executive Chef – South American/Oriental Fusion – Lithuania

About the role

We are seeking a Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen of a high‑profile restaurant in Lithuania that blends contemporary South American and Oriental fusion cuisine. The role offers ownership of a vibrant, sophisticated venue that combines outstanding food, cocktails, music and entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire the kitchen brigade.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.
• Develop menus and introduce new dishes and ideas.
• Manage food costs, gross profit, purchasing and kitchen profitability.
• Recruit, train and develop the kitchen team.
• Maintain excellent food safety and operational standards.
• Work closely with the owners and senior management team.
• Help shape the future food direction of the business.

Required profile

• Creative and commercially minded chef with strong kitchen leadership.
• Experience in premium, high‑energy restaurant environments, preferably in South American, Nikkei, Japanese, Latin American or modern Asian cuisine.
• Current experience in a leading restaurant in London, Dubai or other major international cities.
