Experienced Operations Officer – Cross‑Border Outgoing & Manual Payments

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Officer to deliver payment‑related solutions for corporate and private customers across all Danske Bank branches. Based in the modern Meadow building at Danske Campus in Vilnius, you will join a strategic hub that handles a broad range of banking operations, professional services and front‑end product development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle various payment requests and manage complex payment‑related cases.
• Process large business manual payments, including deal‑closing payments.
• Deal with unusual or complex manual payment situations using SWIFT knowledge.
• Provide clear updates and guidance to stakeholders on payment matters.
• Identify process risks and improvement opportunities, supporting lean, robotics and automation initiatives.
• Manage workflow to meet established deadlines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in payments or a similar banking area.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong focus on teamwork, high quality and accuracy.
• Customer‑focused with a “can‑do” mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the SWIFT network and payment message flows (strong benefit).
