Experienced Operations Officer for Accounts Payable Assignment Team

About the role

Join Danske Bank’s Accounts Payable team in Vilnius as an Operations Officer focused on invoice assignment and primary accounting. You will work on the full invoice processing cycle, supporting colleagues across the Danske Bank Group.

Key responsibilities

• Assign invoices (coding) and follow‑up on returned or rejected invoices.
• Perform month‑end closure activities and monthly reconciliations.
• Provide support to stakeholders via e‑mail and virtual channels.
• Investigate and resolve invoice processing issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement of assignment processes.
• Expand knowledge through educational opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Motivated, quality‑oriented and able to work well in a team.
