Ferry Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Ferry Specialist to join our operations team in Vilnius. You will ensure smooth ferry reservations and support our international transport activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ferry bookings and guarantee their timely execution.
• Communicate with ferry operators and maintain long‑term working relationships.
• Resolve order‑related issues and provide assistance to internal teams.
• Monitor route and schedule changes and inform relevant departments.
• Maintain accuracy of reservation data and handle invoice administration.
• Contribute to cost‑optimization and savings initiatives.
• Work from the Vilnius office and participate in an on‑call rotation to order required ferry tickets, with additional compensation.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• High sense of responsibility, precision and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP TM or Microsoft Dynamics AX (preferred).
