Field Account Manager – Industrial Automation & Measurement Solutions

About the role

Emerson is looking for a Field Account Manager with experience in automation, instrumentation and industrial measurement solutions to be based in Klaipėda, Lithuania. You will grow the business across the Baltic region by building strong customer relationships, uncovering new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that add measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic customers to drive satisfaction and sustainable growth.
• Create and execute account plans that identify new opportunities, expand product adoption and increase market share.
• Map key stakeholders within customer organisations, understand decision‑making processes and conduct detailed needs assessments.
• Present Emerson’s automation and measurement solutions, clearly communicating benefits and outcomes tailored to each customer.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities from lead generation to final agreement.
• Collaborate with internal business‑development, technical and pricing teams to deliver high‑quality, value‑based solutions.
