Field Service Engineer – Baltic Region

About the role

Join Medtronic as a Field Service Engineer supporting Cranial & Spinal Technologies, Cardiac Ablation Solution and Robotics across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will work remotely from a Baltic base while travelling to customer sites to install, maintain and optimise cutting‑edge medical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair CST, CAS and Robotics systems following manufacturer procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software and network issues, and coordinate resolutions with regional and global support teams.
• Support new system installations, site readiness assessments, acceptance testing and customer handovers.
• Document service activities, parts consumption and customer interactions in service management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in biomedical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, robotics, automation or a related discipline.
• Experience servicing capital equipment, robotics, imaging or surgical technologies.
• Professional proficiency in English and at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian or Latvian).
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Baltic region.
