Finance & Operations Lead (Baltic Region)

About the role

MagnaPharm is seeking a Finance & Operations Lead to bridge finance and supply‑chain activities across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will turn financial data into actionable business decisions while ensuring product availability for customers in the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly business reporting.
• Analyse sales, margins, costs, cash flow, working capital and inventory value.
• Translate financial results into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Estimate future product demand using sales forecasts, historical data and market plans.
• Monitor stock levels, leftovers, availability and related risks.
• Prepare and place purchase orders based on demand, stock, lead times and supplier conditions.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery dates and potential delays.
• Track open purchase orders and follow up until delivery.
• Maintain an overview of own stock and callable vendor stock.
• Improve reporting tools and processes using Excel, Power BI and ERP data.
• Support accounting, tax and IFRS topics together with internal and external specialists.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in controlling, finance, business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting and margin analysis.
• Experience in inventory planning, procurement, supply‑chain or logistics is highly valued.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other GDP‑regulated distribution environments is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
