Finance Transformation Project Manager

About the role

Join the Finance Transformation Office to lead strategic change across the Finance function. You will combine project delivery expertise with finance and technology knowledge to drive digital, data‑driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects from concept to delivery, defining objectives, scope, plans, budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Finance, IT, HR and external partners, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Maintain strong governance, risk, issue and budget management, and oversee vendor performance.
• Identify and implement process simplifications, automation, data and AI solutions to improve efficiency and controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex finance or technology‑enabled transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across finance, technology and operations.
• Ability to drive change adoption, including training and embedding new ways of working.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable benefits.
