Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support Maxima International Sourcing by delivering financial analysis, reporting and insights that drive business decisions across the retail sourcing group.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and perform variance analysis.
• Monitor KPIs, working capital, and business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX planning and control.
• Analyze logistics costs, royalties, and transfer pricing.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑oriented approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Good command of English and ability to work independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel
• Power BI (advantage)
