Financial Crime Senior Analyst

About the role

Guidehouse is seeking a Financial Crime Senior Analyst to join its international team. You will assess customer and transaction data, identify red flags, and make risk‑based decisions across AML, KYC, sanctions and fraud investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and review complex investigations in AML, KYC/ODD/EDD, sanctions, fraud and transaction monitoring.
• Prepare clear, accurate documentation, case summaries and findings.
• Deliver high‑quality work aligned with project requirements, internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Support quality improvement, process optimisation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Crime Prevention, AML, compliance, fraud or related investigations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain reasoning clearly in writing and verbally.
• Fluent English (C1 preferred) and a bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

What we offer

• Annual salary €22,000‑€36,000.
