Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supports the EU FP&A team and Insulation business units by gathering, validating, and presenting financial data. The role focuses on accurate forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting to drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly results, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Assist the team with cost planning and reporting preparation using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Contribute to process improvements for forecasting, planning, and financial modeling tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Relevant experience in financial reporting or a related field.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled analytical tools.
