Financial Reporting and Control Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the financial control and reporting team.
• Act as Finance Business Controller for a designated business area.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Ensure financial data accuracy through regular reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage external audits and respond promptly to auditor inquiries.
• Drive improvements and streamline financial processes.
• Oversee tax reporting in line with local and OECD requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a financial control leadership or similar senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial control, accounting principles, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Base monthly salary from 4,540 to 5,680 EUR (before tax), depending on experience.
