About the role

The company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support price‑calculation projects, budget planning and control, and the systematic analysis of production and financial data. The role involves preparing performance reports, calculating efficiency indicators and contributing to strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of price‑calculation projects.
• Execute budget planning and control processes.
• Systematise and analyse production and financial data, and prepare performance and regulatory reports.
• Calculate and analyse efficiency indicators, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support strategic company performance planning and prepare periodic reports on strategy implementation.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics or accounting.
• Work experience in financial planning and analysis (experience in manufacturing, water management or other energy sectors is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work with large data sets and present information structurally.
• Strategic thinking, quick decision‑making, initiative and responsibility.
• Effective collaboration and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
