About the role

AB Linas Agro, a leading agro‑business in the Baltic region, is looking for a Finance Analyst to join its Analysis & Planning team in Kaunas. You will support high‑quality financial planning, performance analysis and decision‑making for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and planning of the company’s budget.
• Monitor budget execution, evaluate deviations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports and deliver insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards in Qlik Sense and Power BI.
• Track financial KPIs, assess operational efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads, offering advice on financial data and results.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of financial processes.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, financial control or business analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Qlik Sense and/or Power BI.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with the ability to handle large data sets.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and planning principles.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and focused on delivering high‑quality results.
• Self‑managed, able to plan work, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative communication style with cross‑functional teams and managers.
• Experience with business management systems such as Axapta or D365 FO.
• Interest in AI technologies applied to finance and business analytics.
