About the role

We are looking for a Finance Director (CFO) to shape and execute the financial strategy of our growing company, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve a financial strategy that supports company objectives and growth plans.
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient, structured work and strengthening competencies.
• Prepare, monitor and control the corporate budget, financial plans and forecasts.
• Produce financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Plan, manage and control cash flows and associated risks.
• Analyse financial indicators, optimise processes and provide recommendations to senior management for decision‑making.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in financial control; experience in a transport company is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, cost analysis and business processes.
• Analytical mindset, result‑orientation and ability to deliver clear recommendations.
• Leadership experience, KPI management and capability to motivate a team.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels.
