About the role

Lemona electronics, a leading retailer of electronics, IT components and audio‑visual equipment in the Baltics, is seeking a Finance Director to become a strategic partner to the CEO and lead the group’s finance and accounting functions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the group’s finance strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and senior management.
• Monitor, control and analyse financial KPIs such as margins, OPEX and EBITDA.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity and foreign‑exchange risk.
• Design the financing structure, maintain bank relationships and oversee funding activities.
• Lead annual budgeting, short‑ and long‑term forecasts and KPI system development.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and investment projects, including financial modelling and risk assessment.
• Drive Qlik Sense analytics, finance process automation and digitalisation.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for management and shareholders, support audit processes and improve internal control systems.
• Build, develop and ensure the effectiveness of the finance and accounting team across the group.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior finance experience, including at least 2–3 years as CFO or finance head.
• Experience in a multi‑entity or holding‑company environment operating in several countries.
• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics; ACCA or CFA is a plus.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
• Analytical mindset, strategic thinking and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Qlik Sense or similar platforms.
