About the role

The Finance Controller will lead the preparation, coordination and analysis of financial results and performance indicators for a dynamic energy company. You will be responsible for building financial models, forecasting, and ensuring accurate reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate analyses of financial results and operational KPIs.
• Develop and monitor long‑term and short‑term operational plans, strategies, financial models and forecasts.
• Model and evaluate investment and business projects, and control budget execution.
• Prepare investment project support reports and the annual management report.
• Perform regulated‑activity financial calculations and data analysis.
• Optimize and improve analysis and control processes.
• Develop and enhance finance and business analytics tools.
• Participate in additional tasks and projects as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance control or financial analysis within a business environment.
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and at least B1 level English.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, initiative, meticulousness and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
