Fleet Manager – Dispatcher

About the role

US-based logistics company is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Dispatcher to join our team at Vilnius, Klaipėda and Telsiai offices. In this role, you will oversee the daily US operations and activities related to truckload shipments, managing a team of drivers and executing dispatch functions while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically plan and allocate drivers to maximize productivity and earnings.
• Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our freight brokers and clients.

Required profile

• Availability to work evening hours from 15:00 to 12:00.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Strong geographical knowledge of the US.
