Floor Manager – Retail (40 h/week)

About the role

As a Floor Manager you will lead the shop floor, creating excellent customer experiences and inspiring a dedicated team. You will set the tone for a welcoming, results‑driven store environment while ensuring the brand comes to life for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through styling advice, product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step in as Store Manager when required to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience with solid knowledge of store operations and standards, preferably in fashion.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a genuine passion for products.
• Strong communication skills, able to give clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in Lithuanian and English (minimum A2 level).
