Founding Hardware Engineer

About the role

We are building miniature radar seekers and need a founding hardware engineer who can take a complete board from concept to bench‑up in our Vilnius lab. The role demands tight integration of high‑frequency RF, high‑speed digital, and dense power regulation on a single PCB.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire board development lifecycle – schematic capture, multi‑layer stack‑up design, impedance calculation, component selection, layout, and bench bring‑up.
• Route RF traces, high‑speed digital lines, and power delivery networks while managing via stitching, grounding, and EMI/thermal constraints.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to align board outlines and thermal solutions, and debug prototypes using scopes and soldering tools.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑density PCBs from design to functional hardware.
• Hands‑on experience with rapid iteration and ability to troubleshoot boards without outsourcing layout.
