FP&A Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will coordinate and supervise all financial planning and analysis activities for the Baltic markets (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). This includes overseeing outlooks, estimates, annual and strategic plans, and year‑end closing management.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑year market planning and management reporting, collecting cross‑functional inputs and preparing submissions to corporate and regional teams.
• Control year‑to‑date actuals, analyse variances, flag potential overspends, and lead year‑end closing and reconciliation.
• Provide financial input to business proposals, simulate RSP/NSV/ET changes and support market authorization requests.
• Maintain FP&A system structure, SAP master data, cost centre hierarchy and allocation rules.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics or business administration.
• 3‑5 years of financial analysis and budgeting experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• SAP or similar ERP system experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
