Freight Forwarder – European Road Transport (Kaunas)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our international team in Kaunas, focusing on the European road transport market.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑truck‑load (FTL) and less‑than‑truck‑load (LTL) shipments across Europe.
• Work directly with customers and carriers to negotiate rates and secure loads.
• Find and sell loads/trucks on freight exchange platforms such as TIMOCOM or Trans.eu.
• Manage shipments independently from quotation to delivery.

Required profile

• Must currently reside in Lithuania.
• Proven experience in European freight forwarding and road transport.
• Hands‑on experience with both customers and carriers.
• Familiarity with freight exchanges or an established customer base.

Required skills

• Use of TIMOCOM platform.
• Use of Trans.eu platform.
