Freight Forwarding & Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding & Sales Manager to organise international FTL and LTL shipments across Europe, develop new customer relationships and grow our business network.

Key responsibilities

• Organise full‑truck‑load (FTL) and less‑than‑truck‑load (LTL) freight transportation throughout Europe.
• Identify and acquire new customers and reliable carriers, building long‑term partnerships.
• Negotiate transport rates and service conditions with both customers and carriers.
• Manage orders from quotation through to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Utilise freight exchange platforms such as TIMOCOM, Teleroute and Trans.eu to source capacity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport logistics or freight forwarding.
• Background in B2B sales and customer management.
• Higher education qualification.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation, communication and results‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
