French Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Lithuania. You will work closely with an external client, a leading global property & casualty insurer, to ensure high‑quality financial processes and accurate cash handling.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client to maintain process quality for their services and production.
• Review statements of accounts from brokers and third parties.
• Allocate received cash and investigate mismatches in information.
• Raise payments, manage correspondence and documentation.
• Participate in projects aimed at process improvement.
• Conduct learning sessions and train new joiners on work types and processes.
• Prepare reports and analytical insights.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French (B2/C1) and English.
• Strong analytical, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a positive outlook.
• Legal authorization to work in Lithuania without sponsorship.
• Residency in Lithuania (no relocation or remote‑only arrangements).
