Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing IT team. You will work across both backend and frontend technologies, modernising existing systems and delivering new solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve internal and external web applications using PHP, Symfony, React, and MySQL.
• Lead and contribute to PHP and Symfony version upgrades, framework migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support business needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Create and maintain unit tests to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Manage and optimise Docker‑based environments and support CI/CD improvements.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Participate in technical discussions, make architecture decisions, and own delivered solutions.

Required profile

• At least 4 + years of programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, Symfony, and MySQL.
• Experience with Symfony and PHP version migrations and framework upgrades.
• Solid JavaScript skills and experience building applications with React.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration principles.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerisation solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code and create unit tests.
